1. Services

Muramara Events provides professional event-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Event consultation, planning, and coordination
  • Corporate, social, cultural, and private event management
  • Event décor, theming, and equipment hire (including tents)
  • Ushering services
  • Sound, lighting, and entertainment management
  • Catering and hospitality coordination
  • Venue sourcing and logistics management
  • Water bottle branding
  • Funeral event services

2. Bookings and Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Muramara Events.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement or written confirmation and the required deposit.
  • Muramara Events reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where necessary, with reasonable notice.

3. Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure services and event dates.
  • Full payment must be made within the agreed timeline prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
  • All prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Postponements

  • Client-initiated cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of planning and costs already incurred.
  • In the event of postponement, Muramara Events will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates, subject to availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Obtain any required permits, licenses, or approvals unless otherwise agreed
  • Ensure safe and suitable access to the event venue
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies

Muramara Events shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete client information.

6. Liability and Indemnity

  • Muramara Events shall not be liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, strikes, or government restrictions.
  • Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the fees paid for the services provided.
  • Clients agree to indemnify Muramara Events against claims arising from client negligence, misconduct, or breach of these Terms.
